Car Mechanic in Norwich, Norfolk

Been taking my previous and latest SAAB to Nathan and the guys for the past 8 years. They always manage to sort out any problem, in a cost-efficient but expert way. Last service was completed to my complete satisfaction and MOT booked in. Recommend to anyone with any make of car. They also do a good job of the other halves Peugeot.

We have been taking our cars to MRC for years. First because it was convenient but stayed because it was value for money with professional and friendly staff. They always make time to check any problem I might have and if necessary find an appointment asap. I would highly recommend this garage.

Always good work from Nathan and the lads. Reasonable cost and always willing to help where they can. They've worked on two of my cars and never had any problems. Will always tell you about any problems they've found and give you a price before commencing work.

Excellent garage.
Fitted me in at short notice, ran diagnostics, then phoned me to let me know the issue and 3 different solutions with prices for each.
Kept me updated on progress and let me know when to pick it up. Seems trivial but not a lot of garages do that and I really appreciate those that do.

Took my Peugeot 206 convertible to Nathin, the roof wouldn’t come down. Took it other garages who couldn’t find the problem. Took to him he said he would be able to sort it, true to his word he did. Not only that he made the bit himself to get the roof working, absolutely amazing man. Also had a full service, it’s a 16 year old car but running now like a newer one. Definitely would recommend this man, garage. A very good price to. Well done Nathin.

MRC are brilliant!! Had an issue this morning with my car - could not open the petrol cap (truly STUCK!!). Took to the nearest garage and they were going to charge me £50.00 just to look or force the petrol cap open. Called MRC and they said bring it in now (just about got there with the tiny amount of petrol I had). They managed to disconnect it and I can now open up the cap - the charge ...... NOTHING!! Honest, reliable and knowledgable. Can't thank you enough. Really appreciate what you did this morning and helped me out in my panic on a Monday morning.
